Full- or Part-Time Lead Pastor 

Responsibilities include:

· Preaching/teaching and supporting faith development by walking alongside the congregation.

· Building authentic relationships, with a focus on community networking and outreach.

· The ability to be flexible and to “think outside the box” in developing vision for expanding and growing God’s kingdom in this community.

New Hope Community Church is a community of broken but growing followers of Jesus, led by the Spirit, seeking restoration with God, each other, and the world.

We offer a unique mission sharing God’s love and radical hospitality to those who have either left the church, feel that they have not been accepted by the church, or are just searching for hope. We strive to be an authentic, loving, accepting community as we seek to share the love of Christ with all who walk through our doors and with all that we meet in our daily lives.

Compensation:

We are most concerned with finding the right person, the right fit for our congregation. As an organized RCA church, we plan to follow the RCA guidelines for salary and benefits, which will be negotiated with the selected candidate. We are open to considering either a part-time or full-time position.
