Job Description

Job Summary

LHH is recruiting a Temporary Legal Assistant to join our client's workers’ compensation team in Orlando, FL. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal team and support attorneys in delivering client service. The role has potential to convert to full time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with case management and maintain organized case files.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, correspondence, and filings.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and other parties in a professional manner.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and document tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in workers’ compensation law required.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
