They’re hiring a Sales Producer to drive new business and help grow the firm’s presence in targeted sectors like hospitality and healthcare. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and wants to play a key role in building out a growing book of business.
Responsibilities:
• Generate new business through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
• Build relationships with decision-makers in hospitality and healthcare organizations
• Identify coverage needs and prepare insurance applications and supporting documents
• Collaborate with carriers and wholesale partners to secure quotes and terms
• Present proposals and close new accounts
• Support client onboarding and ensure smooth policy implementation
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in CRM systems
Requirements:
• 2+ years of commercial insurance sales or producer experience
• Active Florida 2-20 license
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to prospect and close new business
• Experience with hospitality or healthcare clients is a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deals at once
