Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE New Agent 90 Day Launch training program with success
• Dedicate at least 20 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
• Conduct a minimum of 1-2 open houses per week
• Join our daily (Monday to Friday) team Power Up meetings
• Participate in team activities adhering to team standards
• Attend weekly individual coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

Qualifications

A valid Arizona Real Estate License is a requirement for this position. If you do not have one, we will share with you the path to get you one!
