Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal
Location: Buffalo, NY

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pleadings, manage case documents, and assist with the discovery process.
- Draft motions and responses while ensuring compliance with legal protocols.
- Handle medical records and coordinate expert witness participation.
- Conduct legal research to support litigation strategies and trial preparation.
- Assist with deposition preparation, case management, and trial materials.
- Provide ongoing trial support, ensuring all deadlines are met and materials are organized.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in criminal justice or political science).
- Paralegal certification (NALA or NFPA preferred).
- Experience in plaintiff-side litigation, particularly in personal injury or civil rights.
- Strong organizational, communication, and legal research skills.
- Proficiency with legal software (Clio, LexisNexis, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Salary:
