Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Location: La Jolla, CA (Onsite)

About the Position:

Our client, a reputable law firm based in La Jolla, CA, is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with 2–5 years of experience to join their legal team. This is a full-time, on-site position with the opportunity for a flexible schedule after one year. The role offers exposure to a variety of complex matters involving corporate clients, estate planning, business litigation, and probate litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including document preparation, filings, and case management
• Draft and edit legal documents, correspondence, and discovery materials
• Support matters involving estate planning and probate litigation
• Form and maintain business entities, including LLCs, corporations, and partnerships
• Manage and organize client files, maintain case calendars, and track deadlines
• Work closely with corporate clients on transactional and litigation matters

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Experience working with corporate clients, estate planning, business litigation, and probate litigation
• Proficient in forming and maintaining business entities
• Strong drafting and organizational skills (drafting experience is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills
