Location Requirement: This is an in-person position based in Austin, TX. Candidates outside the Austin area or out of state must relocate. After onboarding and training, this full-time role offers a hybrid work schedule , allowing you to work from home 2-3 days per week and in-office 2-3 days per week.

Doyle & Seelbach PLLC is seeking a Litigation Partner Attorney with significant personal injury defense experience to join our growing Austin-based firm. This is a leadership-track role, ideal for a seasoned litigator ready to take on an active caseload and play a key role in helping us manage and grow our PI defense practice.

An independent book of business is not required (though it’s a plus). What we value most is strong litigation experience, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset when it comes to strategy and client advocacy.

What We’re Looking For:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• Substantial litigation experience (ideally 8+ years) with an emphasis on personal injury defense
• Proven ability to handle all phases of litigation, including depositions, dispositive motions, mediations, and trial prep
• Ability to lead case strategy and supervise junior attorneys or paralegals
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Team-first mentality with a desire to grow within a supportive, client-focused firm
