Loan Processing Assistant

Location: Hybrid – On-site training required (1 month), then remote Mondays and Fridays

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processing Assistant to join a fast-paced team on a temporary basis through the end of the year , with strong potential to become permanent if it’s a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Order homeowner's insurance (HOI) and appraisals
• Complete VOEs, VOAs, and VOBs
• Review file checklists for completion
• Submit loans to closing
• Order and review updated credit reports

What They’re Looking For:

• Prior processing experience required
• Organized, reliable, and eager to grow
• Willing to be on-site full-time for the first month of training

Other Details:

• Background and drug screening required
• Credit check is run, but less-than-perfect credit isn’t a deal breaker
