Position: Lobby Ambassador

Location: Onsite – New York, NY 10104 Job Type: Contract

Duration: 2 Months

Pay: $14–$19/hr (W2)

About the Role

We are seeking professional, courteous, and reliable individuals to serve as Lobby Ambassadors for a prestigious healthcare client. As the first point of contact for employees and visitors, you will play a critical role in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist team members and visitors upon arrival
• Provide directions and respond to general inquiries
• Monitor and manage building access through turnstiles
• Use key card access to authorize elevator use
• Maintain a polished, professional presence at all times
• Represent the organization with a friendly and helpful attitude

Please Note: Building management policies do not permit sitting in the lobby during shifts. This is a standing position.

Available Shifts (7 Days/Week Coverage Required)

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Staffing Requirements

Each shift must be fully staffed 7 days a week . We are hiring for the following shift structures:

• 1 Full-Time (40 hours/week) + 1 Part-Time (16 hours/week)
• OR
• 2 Part-Time employees (28 hours/week each)

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or security is a plus
