Location: 33312 – Dania Beach

Schedule: Mon-Fri; standard business hours; 4 days In-office; 1 day Remote

Pay: $25.35 p/hr.

Discretionary Bonus: 3-9%

Keys to this Role:

• Bachelors Degree required, any related studies
• 2 years in Logistics and Customer service
• Excel, Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

Role Overview: R esponsible for managing client account orders. Reports to General Manager.

• Monitor customer’s orders in CRM system and shipments delivery
• Provides pricing, generates sales orders and shipment invoices
• Prepares shipments details, process documentation and coordinates deliveries with 3rd parties
• Generates claims and reports
• Reviews misc. information and performs analysis on back orders
• Communicates with various external departments
• Provides customer service to customers and resolve issues.
