What You'll Bring

Requirement: What It Means for You

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar

Or equivalent blend of education and experience – we value capability over credentials.

5+ years of leadership in manufacturing reliability

You’ll guide teams through evolving challenges and change.

Maintenance team management experience

Lead teams that drive autonomous maintenance and continuous improvement.

Strong background in Preventive Maintenance

Ensure uptime, reduce unplanned outages, and build proactive systems.

Proven coaching & mentoring abilities

Grow talent and instill a culture of ownership and excellence.

Hands-on experience with automated line monitoring

Use data-driven tools to prevent issues before they happen.

Success in driving continuous loss reduction

Set, track, and achieve key performance and reliability targets.

Excellent leadership & communication skills

Inspire teams and influence across functions.

Preferred Edge

• Deep working knowledge of condition-based and predictive maintenance .
• Familiarity with analytical process mapping to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Experience leading TPM programs and embedding the mindset into team culture.
