Join Our Team as a Maintenance Manager - Hands-On Role in a Dynamic Manufacturing Environment

Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager ready for a new challenge? We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on professional to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations at our busy manufacturing site. In this vital role, you’ll ensure our facilities run smoothly and efficiently while leading a small, skilled team and collaborating closely with other departments.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) to ensure they operate reliably and safely
• Lead and motivate the maintenance team, schedule tasks, and conduct regular safety briefings
• Monitor equipment performance, reduce downtime, and manage spare parts and purchasing needs
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and coordinate timely repairs and minor upgrades
• Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO, IATF, EMS, and other quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Play an active role in recruitment, training, and development of your team

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in facilities or maintenance management
• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline (preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and maintenance systems (e.g., QAD)
• Understanding of lean manufacturing practices
• Excellent communication skills – fluent in English (Spanish a bonus)
