We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to our facilities' ongoing maintenance and upkeep.

Purpose:

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities' smooth operation and upkeep. We’ll provide a workspace for routine maintenance and repair at our four building and grounds facilities. This is a year-round, full-time position servicing our interior and exterior needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crane maintenance
• Welding
• Drywall repair and painting
• Electrical duties: installing or changing lights, outlets, and fixtures.
• Minor plumbing repairs, replacement, and installation
• Exterior seasonal grounds maintenance, including trimming, mowing, plowing, and sanding/salting.
• Carpentry repairs and installation

Experience & Qualifications:

• Prior maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work promptly.
• Action-oriented, self-motivated, and work well with others
• Experience with cranes

• Monday - Friday

Compensation details: 24-30 Hourly Wage
