Strom Engineering Minnesota is seeking to staff a Facilities Maintenance Technician position responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. This position will work with the maintenance team and management to ensure the quality of work meets the standards set by the owner and resident.

General Duties:

• The Maintenance Technician is responsible to performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property.
• Work with the maintenance team and management to ensure the quality of work meets the standards set by the owner.
• Perform tasks associated with electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
• Pool maintenance and testing may be applicable.
• Make units ready for new move-ins.
