The Role: Managed Care Consultant

As a key resource for skilled nursing facilities, you will provide consultation, training, and guidance to internal teams to ensure they are performing at the highest level when managing their managed care partnerships. You will advise clients on:

• Effective communication and collaboration with insurance companies and HMOs
• Contracting practices and securing authorizations for services
• Ensuring accurate documentation, data collection, and billing
• Following established protocols that align with payer requirements
• Identifying opportunities to maximize reimbursement and support optimal levels of care

You will play a critical part in elevating operational efficiency, strengthening payer relationships, and helping SNFs deliver exceptional care while optimizing financial outcomes.
