As an Assembler II, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on assembling parts and components to meet product specifications and requirements. This position involves following safety procedures, inspecting components for quality, using a variety of hand tools, and ensuring assembled units meet quality standards. This role is based in Marietta, OH, and is a non-exempt, hourly position for the first shift.
**Hard Skills**
- Ability to use hand tools such as drills, rivet guns, saws, hacksaws, and drill presses
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience in product assembly
