Manufacturing Associate - Assembly Operations

12+ Months contract Possibility of Extension or Conversion

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Assembly Operations. In this role, the associate will perform all aspects of product line performance builds, including tie-down of instruments. You will be expected to follow detailed safety and process procedures within the manufacturing cell and enter manufacturing data into pre-defined computer programs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of product line performance builds, including the tie-down of instruments.
• Follow detailed safety and process procedures to ensure product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Enter manufacturing data accurately into pre-defined computer systems.
• Identify and report any safety or quality issues immediately to management.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to identify and address safety or production-related issues.
• Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and able to maintain organization within the workspace.
