Manufacturing Engineer - Body In White (BIW) / Battery, Drive Unit, Power Electronics

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize industrial layouts and production systems. This role involves applying engineering principles to enhance efficiency, quality, and workflow in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at interpreting technical drawings and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize production methods, motion, and timing to establish standard rates and improve efficiency.
• Interpret engineering schematics and collaborate with management to define quality and reliability benchmarks.
• Review logs and documentation to ensure adherence to quality assurance specifications.
• Assist in planning production activities based on capacity, performance, schedules, and potential disruptions.
• Develop visual tools—charts, graphs, floor layouts—to support workflow and material handling decisions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in creating engineering drawings and performing technical computations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD-generated reports.
• Experience using engineering software, especially CAD tools.
