What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor hourly production teams to foster engagement, performance, and retention
- Manage daily production schedules and ensure consistent work flow
- Champion safety initiatives, conduct audits, and lead accident investigations
- Drive quality improvements and uphold brand standards
- Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and materials teams to optimize operations
- Support hiring, training, and performance management processes
- Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment, and procedures
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of leadership experience with a track record of developing teams
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to travel occasionally to other plant locations
