Key Responsibilities - Campaign Support
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and schedule content distribution across multiple platforms (e.g., email, social media, website).
- Event Coordination
- Support the organization and promotion of events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Create event materials and manage logistics.
- Market Research
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends.
- Assist in customer surveys and feedback analysis.
- Administrative Support
- Maintain and update marketing databases, including customer contact lists.
- Coordinate team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Qualifications - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools.
