If that sounds like you, Findlay Toyota Flagstaff has an immediate opening for a Marketing Assistant. In this role you’ll be a valuable member of our marketing team, helping stage local events and assisting the Marketing Director in delivering our company’s brand message to the local public.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in the preparation and activation of local grass-roots promotional events
- Compose and post content on the company’s social media accounts to drive engagement
- Oversee daily administrative tasks to support the coordination and functionality of the marketing department's activities
- Represent the Findlay Toyota Flagstaff brand throughout the community
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Enthusiasm for marketing and working with the public
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and stay cool under pressure
- Understanding of core marketing principles
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of MS Office and marketing applications (CRM tools, online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
EDUCATION
- GREAT INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY if you’re currently enrolled in NAU, CCC or another college or university
- Minimum High School diploma; BS in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a plus!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This position includes working both indoors and outdoors, and thus is subject to varying weather conditions
- Varied workweek, including some evenings and weekends
- Possible day travel within Coconino County
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Periods of standing, bending, twisting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, crawling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs
- May require considerable mobility throughout the shift
