On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to lead initiatives across proposals, social media, and website content. This is a fully onsite, direct hire opportunity based in North Dallas.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and submission of compelling proposals and RFP responses.
- Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Oversee website content updates, ensuring SEO optimization and brand consistency.
- Design marketing collateral and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on InDesign .
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to align messaging and marketing goals.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the AEC or legal industry.
- Proven experience managing proposals and digital content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , especially InDesign .
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, content management systems, and social media analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
