Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Foreman
Job Location: Wilmington, NC
Job Salary: $60k-$80k depending on experience
Requirements: 5+ years of experience, knowledge of gas and diesel engines, generators, hydraulic pumps, etc.
Position Overview The Maintenance/Mechanic Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment in a fast-paced industrial setting. The main objective is to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and any issues are addressed in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities - Supervise mechanics and maintenance personnel in the maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure that it is operating efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Order parts and supplies as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of gas and diesel engines, generators, hydraulic pumps, etc.
