Description You are a listener, an educator and a gifted cultivator of new and exciting opportunities grounded in science. In this role, you will confer with internal stakeholders and build new collaborative relationships with medical and scientific leaders, policymakers, and advocates. You'll contribute cutting-edge clinical and scientific data to help move healthcare forward and positively impact patients. You will:
- Identify and develop relationships with international, national, regional, local, and emerging medical/scientific thought leaders, academic centers, and researchers
- Act as a liaison for thought leaders and researchers to align mutual interests, discuss research and medical information, and facilitate clinical research with investigational products
- Engage in scientific exchange and education about current and emerging therapies in cardiology
Essential Requirements: - 3+ years' MSL experience
- 3+ years' clinical or related practical experiences in critical care or cardiology/vascular
- Clear understanding of MSL roles/responsibilities and medical affairs activities
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
Desired Requirements: - Advanced doctoral degree (MD, PhD or PharmD)
- Ability to quickly understand and translate complex scientific data and realize the potential impact of that data on clinical practice and potential research needs
