IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Memphis, Tennessee . • Manage and oversee restoration projects, including fire, water, mold, and mitigation

• Coordinate and lead project teams of 5 or more members

• Ensure compliance with insurance, restoration, and construction industry standards

• Be on call for 7 days, followed by 7 days off, with typical working hours from 7-5

• Travel within a 2-hour radius around Memphis, with a company car provided

Required Skills for Construction Project Coordinator:

• 2+ years of restoration project management experience

• Strong knowledge of insurance, restoration, and construction industry

• Experience in managing project teams of 5 or more members

• High School Diploma

• Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record

Preferred Certifications:

• IIRC Certification - Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration

• ASD - Applied Structural Drying Technician

• WRT - Water Damage Restoration Technician

• OCT - Odor Control Technician
