Responsibilities
LC will be responsible for initial application, qualifying clients, reviewing supporting documentation for income calcs, and reviewing all details of the application with the client. LOS is Encompass and you will be inputting client data in CRM for follow up. Need to be able to handle 25-30 loans in pipeline at all times.
