Role Description

This is a full-time on-site and/or remote role for a 100% Commission based Licensed Loan Officer at KORE Mortgage located in Richmond, VA. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending approval of loan applications for people and businesses. They will also assist clients in choosing the most suitable mortgage loan option and guide them through the application process.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to navigate a commission-based pay environment
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of financial and banking regulations
• Customer service-oriented approach
• Able to self-generate leads
• Ability to work well in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
