Job Summary: We are looking for an Experienced Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Prepare to get additional certification as needed.
Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
Help keep repair shop clean and organized.
Keep a professional appearance

Qualifications

Specific Certifications are ideal
Strong automotive or motorsports background
Strong work history
Knowledge of engines and transmissions
Must have valid driver's license
Willing to submit to a drug screen (THC is not tested for pre-employment)
