They’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated NetSuite Administrator/Analyst to take ownership of their NetSuite system. What’s the Role About?
As the NetSuite Administrator/Analyst , you’ll be the go-to person for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s NetSuite environment. You'll collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and turn them into effective NetSuite solutions. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will help drive efficiency and business success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and maintain the NetSuite system – user access, security, customizations, workflows, and integrations.
- Support and train users to ensure they’re getting the most out of NetSuite.
- Develop reports, saved searches, and dashboards to provide key business insights.
- Work closely with teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules to align with business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any NetSuite-related issues, escalating to support if needed.
- Stay ahead of updates and new features to keep the system optimized.
- Document changes and maintain up-to-date system records.
- Be part of system upgrades and implementations.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the NetSuite environment.
- Identify and drive process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Analyst.
- Solid understanding of NetSuite modules, including Financials (GL/AP/AR/O2C/P2P), Inventory Management, and Manufacturing (Work Orders & Assemblies).
- Experience with NetSuite customization tools (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk) is a big plus.
- Bonus points if you have experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, or Shopify.
- Strong skills in reporting, saved searches, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- A degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
