HENRY FORD | Outpatient

Neurology Physician

• Credentialing 90-120 days
• January – May 2025. Maternity leave coverage, extensions may be possible.
• Monday-Thursday, 8-4:30p. Friday, 8-12p
• Types of cases/patients: office visits, all outpatient. EMGs, Botox if they can. 15-20 patients per day. No call coverage.
• Support staff: 1 Neurologist
• EMR: Epic
• Requirements: MI license or IMLC. Board certification. Will accept declination for COVID vaccine but will have to be approved.

**This is a 1099 contract position. Medical Malpractice insurance provided while you work, no other employee benefits are available.
