- Group has 19 outpatient clinic locations throughout San Diego County
- SRSMG is a large, physician led, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
- Group provides patients a full range of services across 28 different specialties in medicine
- All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
- SRSMG has a large OBGYN department of 30 OBGYN Physicians/14 WHNPs/4 CNMs
- WHNPs are located at all 7 sites offering both OB and GYN services
Requirements/Preferred Experience: - SRSMG is seeking an experienced WHNP/PA to join our OBGYN Department
- To be considered for the position, candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years experience working full-time (as a WHNP/PA) in a Women's Health setting. Ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of clinical experience
- Experience with initial OB/1st trimester ultrasound and Non-Stress Tests is required.
- Must have previous or related experience to provide excellent quality patient care
- Must have the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced clinical environment
Position Details: - OB : interpret fetal assessment tests (NST) and initial OB visits.
- GYN : perform wellness exams: pap smears, pelvic exams, reproductive exam; IUD insertions, Nexplanon insertions, endometrial biopsies
- Clinics are open from 8am to 5pm, five days a week w/one hour for lunch - expected to provide eight hours of patient contact per day
- No after hour call / No inpatient work. This position is 100% outpatient
- Full-time salaried position eligible for full benefits package including CME allowance and sign-on bonus

Annual starting salary for a new NP/PA graduate is $134,000/year. The posted annual salary may vary and is dependent on several factors including candidate's education, work experience, and certifications related to the position. APP's may also be eligible to receive bonuses and incentives related to the specific role. In addition, NP's and PA's receive a full comprehensive benefits package including CME allowance.
