My clients esteemed nursery is seeking a dedicated and compassionate teacher to join our nurturing environment. Here, you'll play a vital role in shaping the development of young learners during their crucial formative years.
What You'll Do:
**Design engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
**Provide warm and responsive care, ensuring each child feels understood and supported.
**Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching learning environment.
**Partner with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
**Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education.
Who We're Looking For:
**A passionate individual with a Cache L3 qualification or above (or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred).
**Proven experience as a Nursery Teacher or similar role.
**Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
**Excellent communication skills for connecting with children and parents.
