E-Commerce Introduction:

NBCN LIVE business in e-commerce helps brands sell LIVE products on TikTok, such as selling yoga pants on Lululemon's TikTok account. As a host, you will represent the brand and use the brand's official account to sell LIVE products. The team will provide LIVE venues and personnel support for the brand. Each LIVE room will have a moderator and an operator to assist the host.

Responsibilities:

• Expert Live Streaming: Lead engaging live sessions on TikTok, demonstrating your deep knowledge of nutrition, health, and fitness. Share insightful wellness tips, answer viewers’ questions in real-time, and showcase effective health and fitness products with a professional, informative approach.
• Content Development: Craft and develop innovative live streaming concepts that highlight nutritional science and wellness practices. Prepare detailed scripts, plan engaging content sequences, and coordinate product demonstrations to effectively convey nutritional information and promote health products.
• Audience Engagement: Create a dynamic, interactive experience for viewers during live streams. Foster a supportive and educational community atmosphere, offering personalized advice and addressing comments or questions with expert nutritional insights.
• Product Promotion: Promote health and fitness products and accessories by integrating them into your nutritional advice and live content. Utilize your expert knowledge to highlight the benefits of products, align them with current health trends, and drive product sales through informed recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to align live streaming efforts with broader marketing strategies and product launch plans. Ensure that live sessions support overall brand objectives and enhance product visibility.
• Trend Awareness: Stay at the forefront of the latest health and fitness trends, emerging nutritional research, and influencer collaborations. Use this knowledge to maintain relevance and appeal, adapting your content to reflect current industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Nutrition and Wellness: Demonstrated passion for and deep understanding of nutrition, health, and fitness. Proven experience in applying nutritional science to promote wellness and achieve fitness goals.
• Social Media Skills: Proficiency in TikTok and other social media platforms with a keen understanding of live streaming techniques and best practices. Ability to use these platforms to effectively communicate nutritional information and engage with an online audience.
• Strong Communication Abilities: Exceptional verbal communication skills for delivering clear, engaging, and educational content. Ability to connect with a diverse audience and present complex nutritional concepts in an accessible manner.
• Creative Content Creator: Skilled in developing creative, informative, and engaging content that resonates with viewers interested in health and fitness. Ability to generate fresh ideas for live streaming that highlight your nutritional expertise.
• Adaptability: Flexible and resourceful in a fast-paced environment. Capable of responding to changing trends, audience preferences, and evolving product offerings.
• Collaborative Team Player: Experience working with marketing, content creators, and e-commerce teams to achieve shared goals. Ability to integrate your nutritional knowledge into team initiatives and contribute to collective success.

Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in fitness, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Professional Background: Previous experience as a nutritionist, Yoga instructor, fitness instructor, wellness coach, live stream host, social media influencer, or in health and fitness retail is advantageous.
• Track Record: Demonstrated success in engaging audiences and achieving results through social media platforms.

• Primary carousel host: hourly fixed fee + commission (30/hour + 1-2%)
