Occupational Therapist (OT)
FT: M–F, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $52–$55/hr
Location: Jersey City, NJ

We are currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide patient-centered therapy services to help individuals achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations of patients’ physical and cognitive abilities and develop individualized rehabilitation goals.
- Plan, organize, and deliver occupational therapy treatments tailored to patient needs.
- Select and guide therapeutic activities that promote life-management and functional skills.
- Assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.
- Provide recommendations for modifications in living or working environments to support recovery and independence.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (AOTA/AMA or equivalent).
- Current New Jersey OT license in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience preferred, though strong new graduates will be considered.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
- Service-oriented, compassionate, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
