Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and develops an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and timelines.
• Maintains adequate and complete documentation of treatment visits.
• Provides professional, responsible, and compassionate in-home care.

Qualifications

• Has completed the level of education required to obtain a license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
• Current, unencumbered California Occupational Therapist license.
• One year of clinical experience; home health experience preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $63.00 - $68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
