Job Description

:

  1. Responsible for the organization, filing and management of daily documents to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of documents.
  2. Assist in dealing with all kinds of daily affairs, and go out to docking related affairs of the U.S. factories according to the requirements of the headquarters.
  3. Support team members to complete other temporary or auxiliary work to improve work efficiency.
  4. Use office software (such as Word, Excel) for data entry, form production and other work.
  5. Complete all kinds of matters explained by superiors.
