Office Manager

Are you highly organized, resourceful, and ready to make a big impact in a dynamic and growing company? Our client is seeking an Office Manager who will own full office operations, oversee special projects (including office relocations), support the Chief Operating Officer, efficiently onboard new talent, and orchestrate seamless shareholder meetings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead all office operations to drive productivity, smooth workflows, and a positive culture.
  • Project manage office moves, workspace upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Support the COO with scheduling, reports, confidential communications, and strategic admin tasks.
  • Organize and optimize onboarding for new hires—integrating them quickly and effectively into our collaborative team.
  • Plan and facilitate shareholder and executive meetings, events, and critical agency gatherings.
  • Manage vendor relations, office purchasing, and budgets to keep our fast-paced environment equipped and cost-effective.
  • Cultivate a vibrant office culture, champion employee well-being, and improve systems for efficiency and growth.

Your Background:

  • 3+ years in office operations or management.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced, growing teams.
  • Confident communicator with a knack for building relationships and facilitating meetings.
  • Proficient with office technology and business software; comfortable working across multiple platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and solutions-focused—able to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently.
