As an Online Content Moderator in our Malta-based team, youll play a critical role in reviewing and monitoring user-generated content across online marketplaces. Key Responsibilities:

• Moderate online content : Ensure user posts, listings, and interactions comply with company guidelines and country-specific regulations.
• Detect and flag inappropriate content : Identify and report suspicious activity, including fraud, scams, and cyber grooming.
• Maintain quality and accuracy : Pay close attention to detail when reviewing content, ensuring decisions align with company standards.
• Collaborate with teams : Work within a dynamic team covering rotational morning and late shifts up to midnight (no night shifts).
• Adapt to hybrid work : Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while occasionally meeting at our office in Qormi, Malta.

What Were Looking For:

• Languages : Strong German reading and writing skills; basic to conversational English.
• Skills : Proficiency in computers, excellent decision-making abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

We are a Swedish company with offices in five global locations. We specialize in providing content moderation solutions to leading online marketplaces, dating platforms, and sharing economy services. Our automated moderation tool, Implio , streamlines moderation processes, which we often combine with manual reviews. Our multicultural company speaks over 25 languages, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary : 1400 EUR net monthly.
• Maltese government quarterly bonus: 130 EUR net (added to the salary on March, June, September and December)
• Health insurance : Available after 6 months of employment.

  • Flight ticket reimbursement (up to 200 EUR after 6 months).

Additional Information:

Start date is 1/11/24.

• We accept candidates relocating with partners or children, though relocation assistance is limited to the working candidate only.
