Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Operations/Logistics Intern with a strong small-business

mindset to join our Cambridge-based team. This hands-on, in-person internship offers valuable

experience in operational support, logistics, and customer service in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist shipping and receiving processes.
• Help optimize shipping and logistics costs.
• Track and organize demo equipment.
• Support customer service operations (phone and email).
• Assist with inventory management and asset analysis.
• Assist facility manager with any relevant tasks.
• Coordinate imports/exports with carriers and customs brokers.
• Maintain workspace organization and perform general administrative tasks (data entry and form
• completion).
• Use tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs/Sheets.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed an associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Energetic attitude with a willingness to take on various tasks.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
