We’re on the lookout for an Operations Support Specialist to work alongside our freight brokers and ensure smooth, on-time execution of shipments. If you're passionate about keeping things moving and love solving real-time challenges, this is your moment.

💼 In This Role, You’ll:

• Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and customers to manage freight movement
• Confirm appointments and monitor shipments from pickup to delivery
• Track load status and resolve logistics issues with urgency
• Support rate confirmations, documentation, and invoicing
• Keep our Transportation Management System (TMS) up to date

🧠 You Bring:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Confidence in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; TMS experience is a plus
• A team-player attitude and eagerness to grow in the logistics industry
