We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with a strong background in systems analysis, development, and full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrations, reporting, and mentoring technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years as a Systems Analyst/Developer, including 3+ years supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Retirement).
- 7+ years in implementing & supporting at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .
- 7+ years developing OTBI and BIP reports.
- 3+ years of experience training and mentoring technical teams.
- 5+ years in SQL programming .
- Python development experience highly desired (3+ years).
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design, development, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Build integrations, reports, and extensions using OIC, OTBI, and BIP.
- Support data conversions, workflows, and fast formulas.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with implementation partners.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize HCM Cloud performance.
Preferred:
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
- Experience with Redwood Pages, OGL, and Recruitment Booster.
