We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist / Performance Marketing Specialist who has deep experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Paid Social campaigns for large-scale brands in Frisco, Texas (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads & Bing
• Manage Paid Social campaigns (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok optional)
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid strategy optimization
• Track performance metrics: ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR, conversions
• Work with GA4 to analyze traffic, attribution, and conversion data
• Build weekly/monthly campaign reports
• Improve landing page performance with CRO insights
• Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently

Must-Have Skills

• 3–7+ years’ experience in SEM / PPC / Paid Search
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Experience with performance marketing, audience segmentation, and remarketing
• Strong analytical skills & experience with GA4
• Ability to work onsite (Chicago or Frisco) when needed
