SRG Global is seeking you to join our team as a Paralegal / Contract Manager in our Troy location!

Your Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal/Contract Manager to join our legal team to support SRG Global, a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company. The successful candidate will play a critical role in drafting and negotiation of contracts and maintaining corporate records and assisting in other legal services for the company. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment and contribute to the success of a leading automotive Tier 1 company.

What you Will do in Your Role

• Assist the business team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts, including NDAs, supplier agreements, and service contracts. Creating and implementing tools and forms to support the business in efficient and effective contract management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts advance and align with company objectives and risk tolerance.
• Maintain and update corporate records, including drafting minutes, resolutions, treasury, banking and other essential documents.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and assist in the preparation of board and shareholder meetings.
• Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure timely and accurate completion of filings, including manage the apostille process for international documents.
• Conduct occasional legal research on various topics as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal department, including filing, document management, and correspondence.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree. (Paralegal, legal studies, or a related field a plus.)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and contract law.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong organizational time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with research tools a plus.
