We have several local schools that are seeking multiple Instructional Classroom Assistant's to provide service in a classroom in the Fallriver, Mass and surrounding area. Under the direction of a teacher, you are responsible for assisting in organizing and implementing an instructional, academic program for student(s).

SUMMARY OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
*Assist the teacher with the design and implementation of the academic program based on the assessed needs of students.
*Providing academic assistance and support for individual and/or small groups of students
* Assist student(s) with the carry-over of learned behaviors and skills, including the use of assistive technology, throughout the day.
* Assist the teacher(s) with establishing and maintaining open lines of communication with students and their parents concerning academic and behavioral progress of assigned student(s).
* Full-Time Shift - School Hours - up to $22 an hour/ depending on experiance/. education

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* In classroom experience working with children with Special Needs. If you do not have this experience, you would not be eligible for this opportunity.
