Job Description
Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Temp Retail Associate to work at their Boston, MA location for 6 weeks with potential to extend.
Hours: 20/ week
Responsibilities :
- Represent the brand by interacting with clients on the sales floor.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, product knowledge and basic operational procedures.
- Processes sales & returns.
- Organize product on the floor (folding, buttoning tops, zipping pants, etc.)
- Support with incoming shipments.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Utilize SAP to manage product.
- Ensure visual standards are maintained.
Qualifications:
- Flexible schedule is preferred and open availability on weekends is required.
- Must be able to commute to Boston, MA.
- Fashion retail experience or customer service roles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask is a must.
- Team player and positive attitude!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
