Sparkle Squad Window Cleaning is seeking part-time Window Cleaning Technicians to join our team, primarily on Saturdays (with potential for additional weekday hours, if desired). - Competitive Hourly Pay – Earn $18.50 - $21.50/hr plus tips and sales bonuses .
- Flexible Scheduling – We particularly need help on Saturdays , but we can discuss additional weekday shifts if that works for you.

- On-the-Job Training – We’ll teach you everything you need to know, even if you have no prior window cleaning experience.

- Team Player – You enjoy working closely with others and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Physically Capable – Comfortable working outside, standing, and moving around for several hours.
- Driver’s License (Preferred) – A Florida driver’s license is ideal for operating our fully equipped Sparkle van.
Key Responsibilities - Window Cleaning : Use our advanced water-fed pole system to safely clean windows up to 6 stories from the ground—no ladders needed!
- Exterior Services : Assist with gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing.
- Quality Control : Ensure windows are streak-free and exteriors are spotless.
- Customer Interaction : Maintain friendly, professional relationships with clients, and let them know about our range of services.
- Team Collaboration : Work alongside fellow technicians to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Compensation and Benefits - Hourly Rate : $18.50 - $21.50 per hour.
- Additional Pay : Tips and sales bonuses.
- Benefits : On-site parking or carpooling options. (Pick-ups/drop-offs may be possible for students.)
