Title is Specialist, but scope aligns more with a Payroll Analyst—strong in compliance, systems, and reporting.

We're hiring a Payroll Specialist to join a corporate payroll team supporting 1,400+ U.S.-based employees (multi-state) and coordinating with operations across Canada and Mexico. This high-impact role goes beyond processing—you’ll support payroll compliance, tax reporting, garnishments, audits, and systems integration.

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Garland, TX; 2 remote

What You’ll Do:

• Process full-cycle payroll (weekly, biweekly, monthly) for a multi-FEIN, multi-state population
• Handle union dues, expat and shadow payroll, shift differentials, and on-call pay
• Manage tax filings, garnishments, relocations, and VOEs
• Maintain employee profiles, SOPs, and payroll documentation
• Perform reconciliations and assist with W-2 accuracy
• Support year-end processes, internal audits, and reporting to business controllers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and external vendors

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of end-to-end payroll experience
• Experience with Dayforce, ADP, or UKG strongly preferred
• CPP or FPC preferred
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working in fast-paced environments
