We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Physical Therapist to join a well regarded clinic in beautiful Monterey, CA . You'll work with a diverse caseload of pediatric patients, ranging in age from infants to adolescents, with a variety of developmental, neuromuscular, and orthopedic conditions.
Why we're hiring: A beloved long-time physical therapist is relocating out of state this summer. A full caseload will be ready to take over!

Position overview:
- Compensation: $52-$62/hour depending on experience (Salary equivalent up to $128k/year depending on experience and full/part time status)
- $5k sign on bonus for full-time candidates who are able to start in June or July!
- Start date options ranging from May-September 2024
- Flexible hourly options for part-time staff. (PTO and other benefits also available for part-time staff!)
- Evaluate & treat using standardized Physical Therapy practices
- Daily collaboration with other disciplines & parents
- Maintain records using a gold standard EMR system

Qualifications:
- California Physical Therapy License
- At least 2 years experience working as a license physical therapist
- Ability to work in-person in Monterey, CA
- An energetic & playful personality - ready to build relationships with families and have fun in a therapeutic setting! Must be a flexible thinker and ready to get creative in therapy.
- A passion for treating the whole child - NOT just their delays
