Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PEGA Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing PEGA solutions while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

PEGA Development: Utilize your 9+ years of experience in PEGA development, including CLSA certification (minimum CSSA certification), to deliver at least three end-to-end BPM projects using PEGA v7.x.

SDLC Methodologies: Apply your expertise in various SDLC methodologies such as Scrum/Agile, waterfall, and iterative processes to enhance project delivery.

Technical Skills: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of PRPC v6.x and v7.x, along with familiarity with frameworks like Smart Case Manager (SCM), Decision Strategy Manager (DSM), and NBAA.

Database Management: Exhibit strong skills in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), including architecture and design for performance and scalability. Proficiency in SQL and experience with tools like Oracle, MSSQL, and DB2 are essential.

Programming: Bring solid fundamentals in Core Java and Object-Oriented concepts, as well as experience with web technologies, including Servlets, JSP, and XML.

Web Application Development: Showcase hands-on experience in developing web applications, along with proficiency in client-side technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

Server Management: Gain familiarity with servlet containers or enterprise containers like Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.

UI Development: Leverage your expertise in UI rules such as Fragments, Sections, Layouts, Portals, and Skin to create user-friendly interfaces.

Integration Services: Work with PRPC integration services, including Rule-Connects, Rule-Services, and Activities, to ensure smooth data exchange.

Collaboration: Collaborate with LBA/BA to address configurations associated with use cases and requirements, while also reviewing alert logs to maintain quality standards.

Performance Optimization: Conduct pre-flight checks and utilize PAL to deliver high-performance and quality outputs.

Design Implementation: Engage in PRPC design and implementation topics, including Work Object Relationships, Rule Resolution, Inheritance, Circumstancing, Class Design, Reporting, Routing, Locking, Agents, and Functions/Java API.

Tools Expertise: Utilize PRPC tools, including Caching, SMA, Tracer, and DB Trace, to enhance development processes.

Reporting Validation: Validate various Rule Types, such as Rule-Obj-Validate and Rule-Edit-Validate, as well as reporting types like List View and Summary View.

System Development: Participate in enterprise-level systems development, demonstrating knowledge of industry-standard interface protocols (SOAP, MQ, REST, OAuth, etc.).

Documentation: Assist in compiling Use Case documentation as required by project methodology.

Team Leadership: Oversee the implementation team in analysis, design, build, and unit testing of application functionality, including re-testing reported issues from unit and user-acceptance testing.

Version Control: Apply knowledge of version and revision control practices to maintain project integrity.

Communication: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Skills:

Experience in installation, management, and troubleshooting of WebLogic, Tomcat, and Apache application servers.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (OCI/GCP/AWS) to support modern development needs.
Support for Java-based RESTful APIs and portals, along with experience in high-availability implementations.
Proficiency in application deployments on WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, and IIS.
Experience with container orchestration tools, including Kubernetes and Docker, for efficient deployment and management.
Familiarity with system configuration tools such as Ansible, Shell scripting, and CI/CD tools.
Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
Knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk, SiteScope, and Grafana for effective system oversight.
