Job Description

Groton School is seeking registered nurse to work in the school’s Health Center on a per diem (as-needed) basis, beginning in June. 

Shifts are in 12-hour blocks and may vary between days, nights and weekends. 

The ideal candidates will have experience working with adolescents in an office, urgent care, emergency room, school setting, or have other relevant nursing experience.

Job responsibilities include:

• first aid assessment

• prescribed treatment of illness and injury

• medication administration

• triage

• emergency response

• electronic medical documentation in a school setting. 

Candidates should have a bachelor's in nursing with current Massachusetts RN license, a minimum of three years of nursing experience, and excellent communication skills.
